I bought a plastic Mon-Fri container.

This is 40.

Taking some random stuff now, don’t notice results.

What’s everyone taking?
 
I was taking ephedrine almost daily for the last couple years trying to boost my fat loss. It did nothing but make me jittery so I stopped.

Nothing right now.
 
I take Ibuprofen daily for aches and pains and Diphenhydramine (benadryl) daily for sleep.

Went through an Ephedrine kick in my early 20s. Brought upon panic attacks. Damn Ripped Fuel.

Not talking any meds now. That I assume will change soon.

Thank God, I don’t see Viagra being one of them.
 
Milk Thistle, Vitamin B - Complex and Centrum.

Sometimes take the OTC’s for sleep, but they make me feel awful.

I’m on Xanax when needed, but that makes me feel awful afterwards, too.

I know sunshine and exercise help !!
 
Also took some Tizanidine for a while.

Completely knocked me out, but gave me

weird dreams and even more fatigue …

Surprises me that you take that stuff daily..

Any issues from it? Is tolerance a factor?


Currently experimenting with:

Coq10-blood pressure high
Biotin-noticeably healthier nails
Chondrotin- maybe help me knee?
Ginko -pretty sure it’s scam
Finasteride-maybe unreceed hair a bit?

Not happy with this combo. Ready for new options.

Might try Trons colon sweep thing.


TRONNAY- what else do you recommend?
 
No issues. I actually forget to take the ibuprofen during the day. The benadryl just helps me fall back asleep when I wake up to take a piss.

Oh yeah and pre baby I was squirting minoxidil on my bald head daily. Kinda stopped cause its a PITA.
 
What do you have daily aches and pains from?

My knee thing started a few months ago. I’ll alternate between aleve, advil, and Tylenol. But no more than twice a week or so.
 
Makes me happy that we’re not alone in this …

I’ve tried several drugs for anxiety and depression. None did a fukking thing for me.

Next is a recommendation for paranoia.

Yeah, I hope my doctor comes through …

Actually, Xanax does nothing for me.

Was dating a woman who gave me a 1mg.

Put me to sleep for a while and I felt nauseous in the morning…
