What are you listening to?

I, Tron, hereby declare the album “Dusk” by The The to be THE most underrated album in the history of pop music.

The only track I skip is Track 1

Went to NYC to see The The at the Beacon Theater. Incredible.

I also forgot how great NYC is. My hotel was in SoHo and I spent a lot of time in the East and West Village. Wish I could have stayed for a month.

I don’t skip Track #1 anymore.

The fart I just let out contained more talent than Suge Knights entire body.

Speaking of farts I listened to the Arctic Monkeys' latest offering, Tranquility Base Hotel and Casino, in full - and won't do so again.

They're usually solid but man, I won't listen to that shit again. What the fuck Alex? That was lame.

FAIL.

Albums that fail to ever get boring

Weezer, The Blue Album falls into this category

Agreed.

Starfish by The Church is in that category as well.

Most Beatles albums as well.

The Joshua Tree is one of those, too.

Oh yeah, Dusk by The The, too.

I would argue that Meteora by Linkin Park is very close to one of those.

If you moved “Sweet Child O’ Mine” to the A side of Appetite For Destruction, you’d have yourself arguably the best album side in the history of rock/pop music.

Agreed on The Joshua Tree but as far as I'm concerned you can put just about everything they put out pre 2000 in there. Definitely Rattle and Hum, definitely Achtung Baby and a very strong lean for War and The Unforgettable Fire.

Kings of Leon get two for me with Youth and Young Manhood along with Aha Shake Heartbreak, (notice I did NOT list Only By the Night).

Radiohead Ok Computer

Incubus Make Yourself

Cage the Elephant Tell Me I'm Pretty

The Killers Hot Fuss

Royal Blood How Did We Get So Dark

Highly Suspect The Boy Who Died Wolf

Pink Floyd Animals
