I know one that is not. Delta. I have hung out with a couple of their stewardesses in the past, and they were just too loose. Also, they just screwed up a flight for one of my friends. If I had to pick my favorite, it would be Jet Blue. They don't fly everywhere, but the 4 times I have flown them, it was enjoyable.

It's crazy how I am almost NOT betting totals on basketball games because I know Casper plays them lol. It's like I have to prove to be different than him in some way.
