And here I was expecting something drawn from Kafka's Metamorphosis...
But, what's the metaphor ?
After reading about this movie (and not yet having seen it) immediately some questions popped up. Especially when I read the tagline "100 % medically accurate".
First question: What exactly do they mean with that? That a centipede like that could survive? And that humans could survive by only eating human feces?
Two: Wouldn't they choke on the feces? There are people who can produce (very) large amounts of feces. Wouldn't the second and third part of the centipede have a high risk of choking? Since it is, I think, very likely that one of the parts of the centipede defecates faster than the part behind him or her can swallow.
Which leads to question three: What happens if the front part of the centipede defecates faster than swallowingspeed and there is no room for the feces to go, other than the mouth and throat of the next centipedepart? Will the defecating part get constipation? Or is the pressure too high and will the feces be forced down the throat of the next part?

I guess you are not familiar with the concept of diarrhea? Restraint when pooping is not always an option.
