Yeah, steve he's awesome. He's actually a lawyer now with his own practice.

Hah I have a friend somewhat like that too. Not as crazy as yours but there is this crazy story I don't have time to tell that involves him on LSD naked chasing a beach crane operator out of a crane, trying to operate the crane, getting arrested and taking a dump in the cop car while screaming "pigs!".

Like yours a very successful attorney now. Funny shit.

i'm with seor chango on this one and hope the very best are still to come. have had a lot of great years already. was just talking with a guy i've known since 1962 the other day and we were both pining for the early 60s when we'd spend all damn day in the summers playing baseball. met a lot of my closest friends in the early-mid 70s. spent all of 1976 traveling abroad, a huge learning experience for what was then a very naive young man in his early 20s. all of the years since marrying a gal i'd first had a crush on when we were 15. maybe all of them except 1996-97 when i lost two of my very best friends. certainly have had a great time since 2002 when we moved out to the country full time. one lucky sum'bitch, i am.

Hey hey there buddy. Me and Juror are still here!!!

No but seriously, that must've been pretty rough :(

I'll tell you one more that's kind of funny, but with serious undertones. About 3 or 4 years ago he was drunk and driving (again) and something happened where he ended up driving through somebody's house. He put his truck into some old lady's living room. That was the last straw for his wife. There were ultimatums and he's has really curbed his drinking since then. He's become a lot more responsible.

But the funny part is it turned out the old lady who's house he drove into is actually the clerk of court's grandmother. He has to see this guy practically every day, and to this day gets nasty looks from him.

2003 in NW Colorado.

Just moved out of dorms into huge house. All the dorm girls would come over to party. We had about a hundred plants in the basement that we made roughly 45k in profit from. Used to love the daily maintenance of watering/harvesting etc. We would always get a bottle of Cristal to drink while we manicured the buds after a big harvest.

Daily activities consisted of: snowboarding via my season pass, charging my snowmobile around, shooting my roommates AK-47 in the woods, going to shows, ounces of blow, mushroom trips in the forest. Had a gf from CA come out for a week and we stayed in an isolated cabin near a hot springs in the middle of no where. Good times.

steve are you out closing deals today?

Closed one Monday we worked on for 13 months. Pretty awesome, company record for duration of a deal. I had been dealing with her so long she had become a friend lol. Another closing tomorrow and another Friday then should be 2 more next week, so what should be a 5 deal month which is very healthy bud.

so awesome

why'd the good times end blitty?

All good things come to an end. I moved to Lake Tahoe, in an unsuccessful attempt to continue the ski bum life. Also my roommate/good friend who was a main benefactor in all of this, got arrested during a DEA raid. He has been in prison for about 6 years, no idea when he gets out.

Yep. I was already in Tahoe when I happened, but I wasn't surprised. Some people become too greedy and are destined to get rolled up.

I've always subscribed to the theory that the vast majority get away with drug stuff if they get out in a timely manner. It's the ones who try to make a career out of it that end up doing the hard time, eventually you will get on the po po's radar imo.
