Don't know much about the space. What makes something the real deal? Is it more like oculus or Google glass?

high tech enough to be real usable instead of just a gimmick, pixel density and refresh rate to fool the brain, construction material weight, cpu power efficiency, processing capability, on paper this seems to have lots of check marks

there were smart phones before the iphone 1 but apple's execution nailed it, this might raise the category also is what I'm speculating
