I need to stop. Had to bet Baffert's horse and also Samraat cuz it sounds like sadcat...and Borel is like betting the 0/00 in roulette. Plus Candy man, Dance with Fate and a bunch of other things boxed in an exacta.Good grief. I'm glad this is only once per year. I feel like I'm standing at the roulette wheel and dropping chips on last minute numbers before the ball drops.
 
All I know is if I don't win this race I am never betting horses again today.

When I was living in Vegas, my horse bets usually ranged between $30-$96 depending if they were show bets or exacta box bets.
