Saturday night at Ceasars 16 years ago, I won $11,300 on 1 Roulette spin (money placed all around 33 my lucky number)

It was 2AM and cashed out. Went to the bathroom and counted the money. Called my gf (Casper's Muse) at the time. Told her I would be taking her out for brunch that upcoming morning.

Walked back to roulette table and lost all but $30 of it back in 5 hours.

We didn't have brunch that day.

That is usually what happens to me. I can and have sat at the Caesars roulette table for 8 hours without even going to the bathroom. One time we were trying to get out of there to catc h our flight...I had a $100 chip in there and accidently got put out there with some of my others...that number hit and I was looking all around to see who had bet that to congratulate them. I was the only one with black chips and the dealer told me it was mine..best unintended win ever. .THAT time I took the $3500 and split. That's how you have to win...at the END of the trip.
 
Casper are you talking about CP in LV? Good chance I could have been playing with you 16 years ago on a Saturday night. ha. I went to Vegas a LOT back then. TOO much. I knew all the dealers and pit bosses back then.

It was Ceasars at Atlantic City.

I hear ya about the craziness of Roulette. I don't play it at call anymore, but tonight I will for the sake of this thread.

Crazy (and sad thing) is that next morning I lost $7200 in football.

If anyone asks how I had $$ back then, I was running $$ for a guy in NYC and I had a pretty big credit limit with a local book.
 
Midnight is past my bedtime...I guess there is an hour time difference. I will try to stay up for some of the festivities but might conk out and have to catch up in the a.m. In any case, good luck. Hit something big so you can pay whoever it is that you owe from here~get that behind you.

I hate to be a Debbie Downer but, wow, just wow.

I'm thankful that I'm 1000% sure I would never do that. Like, going back to a roulette table after just cashing out $11K wouldn't even cross my mind.

Good luck tonight.

Yankees +1.5 -150 and DBacks +131 or whatever I got it at I can't remember.
