It's not a simple yes or no House. Obviously it's a fact. The question is whether or not blacks are inherently more violent than other races, or whether there is a culture that creates or contributes to those statistics. ...nature versus nurture and all that.

These Mexicans sneak over the border and can't speak English and they get better jobs, spend more money and have kids that preform higher on standardized tests.
 
It all boils down to the family unit...black fathers aren't around...kids that live in fatherless homes are fucked.
