The whole fucking province is like that pal.

Saskatchewan province wide is hiring for every job imaginable, I've seen towns list 30 jobs for hospital employees for doctors to morgue attendants to laundry workers. Government jobs are a dime a dozen in Sask.

I've seen CN Rail post jobs on Sask Jobs looking for Engineers and Conductors. You don't see those jobs posted anywhere else in Canada.
