Senior of highschool, I went to this party at my buddy lucky's house. He had a group of squatters with him that had crashed the party. I cannot remember where they originally came from. My friend had a crush on this one boy that was with them that had just ran away from home and had only been on the streets for a few days, anyhow, they had like this punk street gang theory going on. Very very weird people that were very "free" and loved running around naked. They had this "initiation" the if you wanted to run the streets and squat with them, you had to fight the ring leader of this fokked up bunch, and if you lost, he pissed on you. Well, the kid lost the fight, and the guy couldn't pee, so his girlfriend squatted over this poor kids face and peed on him!

Fokkin squatters.
Fokked up night.
Never went back. In fact, I left, and yup, left my friends there. haven't talk to them since.
 
the elites are the people with money that push through, fund these candidates. the public are the people who watch and engage in the electoral bs. The "crowd" is that public along with whatever elite interest Romney (or any of em) serves.

I dunno, Americans have a strange interpretation of the word "elite". It's often used by rich Republican knuckleheads like Romney to describe people they don't relate to, namely left-leaning bourgeois who are into high art (or simply have hobbies that don't involve the mindless accumulation of wealth.)

The American right wing is a fascinating subspecies. High-functioning psychopaths, the lot of them.

I'm sure Romney doesn't see himself as part of the "elites".
 
elites are wealthy interests who have a stake in policy. They need public ie government support to help them create wealth. That can include anything from invading countries to establish markets, to lowering regulations and allowing further abuse of environment and local (American) population. The candidate is their retarded lackey. Has nothing to do with what kind of art they like.
 
Either way. I don't think that a businessman/bean-counter should lead a country. Romney would prolly make a fine right-hand man to a proper right-wing ideologist - but left-brained robots like him need to stay backstage and advise as needed.
