Did I have an incident recently? Yes I did.

It was a bit interesting in that I was setting up, and I caught out of the corner of my eye that the seat was not down - but I was past the point of no return. There was a great deal of thrashing of arms and all-around conniptions. Could easily have pulled something. Hell maybe that was the origin of the wrist problem I was complaining about earlier.

Not the craziest theory I have ever heard.

In retrospect, it would have been much better to just relax, accept my fate, and go down ass-in-water. Like, who cares really? - there's a shower right there. But instinct kicks in. I actually did save myself the butt dunking but still, there was a lot of extreme spasming going on that old people should just not do.

It may not have been armageddon but it was definitely armageddonish.
