Recipe for Mudcat lasagna:



Go to grocery store and buy a big honking pre-prepared lasagna.

Cook it however they say.

Not the Blue Menu version though. The Blue Menu line of products should be renamed Big Mouthful Of Cardboard.

I like it quite a bit. They also have Pizzagna (basically lasagna with some pepperoni) which I can go for. Either way.

Squirt on some hot sauce, add a couple tomato slices and maybe a hunk of cheddar. Smear some margarine on a bun of some description.


I am happy as a clam.

I personally don't really do breakfast. Sometimes I will when Steve gets on my case about my poor eating habits, or lack there of.

I took that frozen lasagna and cooked it and then divided it into portions and put those portions back in the freezer. One of those portions was what I had for dinner just now as a I thawed it and reheated it.

If I'd never tasted my mothers homemade lasagna I would probably really like frozen lasagna.

Just got off a plane after a 15 hour flight. I highly recommend not doing that.

The thing about frozen pizzas for me is, I never have them as is. I always chop up some chicken breast and put that on there. Usually some cheddar cheese. Possible some extra chopped onions.

Always hot sauce of course.


Supermarket frozen pizza is not a meal for me. It is only a foundational element.

The Walmart near us has some specialty frozen pizza's, I enjoy them a good bit. Not a big fan of frozen lasagna, then again, im not a big fan of making it myself either. I like stuffed shells though.
