HR's job is to get rid of people who go to HR.

It's true. Unless it's sexual harassment, shut the fuck up. HR is a trap set to lure the whiners.

I used to work for a company whose "product" was HR training, assessment and consulting. Unbelievably huge dollars, we charged for our snake oil.

A major function of large HR departments is justifying themselves.
