What sorts of disaster (doomsday) preparedness y'all have?

Im thinking about getting into it. Start small, couple hundred gals of potable water and 112k cals in canned goods in the basement next to the tools/guns.

Eventually maybe get some cots and other niceties. I think realistically preparing for 14 days and nights covers 95% of scenarios. Good balance of time/energy spent preparing for the likelihood of needing to be prepared.
