So lemme see. If I am putting the info together correctly, we are right at the halfway point with 8 of the 20 pound goal met. 12 more pounds needed in a month.

But there are reportedly many issues in the dressing room.

Lunch - Small Honey Bourbon Chicken Sub @ Quiznos
Afternoon snack - Raspberries & blanched almonds

Dinner will be some kinda steak with a shiload of roasted green kale on the side.

I'm back to power-walking to and from work, 2 miles each way.

And all I really need is to reach 195, after which I can cut water weight like a boxer by gorging on water 2 days before the final weigh-in, then having nothing but a lightweight protein bar on the last day.

In other words, fuck y'all.
