Gustavo Petro used to be a guerrilla fighter. The M-19 Guerrilla.
Remember Narco 1 the first season where they stormed the Palace of Justice, that was Petro's doing.
He is hardcore ideological, that's one of the reasons the movement died, because they never went into the pez business. FARC and ELN did and they flourished. M-19 members formed a political party.

Besides Venezuela the biggest supplier of oil to Cuba was Mexico, but Claudia Sheinbaum put a stop to it last week by request of the State Department, Miamian Cuban media is reporting oil reserves are down to 15-20 days, so by March 1 something will have to break inside Cuba
