I would put it more like he is successful at being whatever it is that he is, which is not without redeeming and thought provoking qualities. Despite looking like a yatz and invoking (somewhat deserved) ridicule

Bacon, if by "good" you mean getting played by a 34 year old woman with two kids and a live in spoon guy, then yes I'm doing good.

I had a sugar daddy date for today with a girl 45 minutes from here (Angela) but I cancelled (lack of funds).

They are going to give me some of the profits from the tool sales.

I figure if I can recoup $2000, I won't feel so bad.
