it's god's way of weeding out the idiots. they should do away with all seatbelt laws as well and simply let the idiots drive around without them on.

Here in GA you don't need to wear a seat belt if you are driving a truck. Like no one ever had an accident with a truck and ended up being ejected from the vehicle.
