Update:

I have a Ukranian writing some programs and doing some database stuff for me. So far so good. They work and he's cheap.

I have a Colombian/American friend "working" for me here doing all the BS that this place requires to live. (standing in line at banks to pay utility bills, etc.

Oh and my girlfriend and her mother allegedly do my cleaning and laundry, though i'm quite certain they could be replaced for about 1/10,000 of the cost.
