So that justifies deadly force?

I guarantee you 100’s of agencies have it in their policy that state you are prohibited from creating a situation where your standing at the front of a vehicle WHEN YOU DIDNT NEED TO BE.

If the driver of the SUV had just shot at another cop/agent/civilian and there was an imminent need to apprehend that driver (or prevent the driver from committing subsequent felonies) then the cop/agent would have been justified being at the front of the SUV and using deadly force to bring the incident to a conclusion.

Well I never said it justified it so let's just start there. The play stupid games win stupid prizes absolutely applies here. You want to know why I've never had a bad run-in with police? Because I'm not retarded. I don't put myself in situations I don't belong in. And I listen and do what the cops tell me. It's not difficult.

It's a tragedy that both people could have prevented. The easiest way to prevent it from happening is taking responsibility for your actions. Something most people these days fail at miserably. It's always someone else's fault. Nah, stay out of the street when ICE is around you dumb bitch. And maybe try not to run them over when they tell you to stop.
