I have several times (but back in 2017-2019). It’s in the section of Markham Park called “Yo Momma”. There’s a very brief but intense climb to get to the top of that drop that you have to granny gear at the very end

I’m being totally serious about the name of the section. It’s one of my favorites.

I still have some back-of-brain tentativeness on 3 or 4 of the drops at Markham and I’m not going to do those big drops until I lose that tentativeness. Tentativeness could lead to a bad crash. You have to full commit.

Some of the other trail names are Area 51 and Route 66.

2 month gym.rat status check in.

hit 51.5-52ish, after adding 4 yoga mats under the 6 inch top box. first time trying over 50 in 3-4 months maybe.

didn't even check weather. planned for a 7-10 mile bike ride today.

will do a short session on the stationary that my wife bought last year and some thoracic mobility

been obsessed with rotation and hip internal rotation work lately. but never really assesed pre levels of movement so I have no clue if I'm improving at all
