I've been doing a lot more kettlebells these days with some animal flow crawl patterns.

I really want to avoid being a stiff old man. and doing more rotational work and yoga type loaded stretch moves and balance work would be my best bet for health span gains

but sometimes ego, 40+ years of mostly barbell movements-set in my ways , and competition between myself (and sometimes vs gym young frenemies) keeps me pushing for old school strength even though I know a couple extra lbs of muscle or a power clean with a few more lbs will most likely make almost no difference in my quality of life in the future

Shit sucks

Going to see a specialist tomorrow about my fokked up tendon
I have NUMEROUS nagging injuries right now.

-the hardware that was used to reattach my clavicle 6 years ago is REALLY bothersome and I really should have surgery to have the hardware removed

-I also have a bicipital tendon problem on the left side. This will require surgery to completely heal 100%

-fractured my right big toe tubing in late August. It’s healing HORRIBLY

-and finally, I have a really painful tennis elbow situation on my right arm that I re-aggravated a month ago while ARM WRESTLING MY SON.

We are giving CPAP another shot.

Did the at home sleep test (insurance doesn’t care that I already got diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea 15 years ago) and I have the follow up with the pulmonologist next week at which point he’ll order a new CPAP machine for me through my insurance. I already bought a new mask with my own money.
