I've been doing a lot more kettlebells these days with some animal flow crawl patterns.

I really want to avoid being a stiff old man. and doing more rotational work and yoga type loaded stretch moves and balance work would be my best bet for health span gains

but sometimes ego, 40+ years of mostly barbell movements-set in my ways , and competition between myself (and sometimes vs gym young frenemies) keeps me pushing for old school strength even though I know a couple extra lbs of muscle or a power clean with a few more lbs will most likely make almost no difference in my quality of life in the future
