Conquered a new steep hill on my first attempt AND I ranked in the middle of the pack on Strava. Quite proud of this one.
I feel like I'll soon be able to tackle any hill thanks to practice and improved technique/pacing. Losing another 20 lbs or so is going to help a lot too.

Avoiding bread and other processed carbs like pasta is a great idea. I eat potatoes but know the calories are about 100 per potato so I limit myself to a couple every few days.Ooh showing 191.4 now.
Basically just took bread out, which lead me to avoid sandwiches n fast food though. Also limited sides like potatoes, sometimes frying up more mushrooms n onions for sides. Debating if I should try avoiding all sugar for couple days.
