I remember why it worked so well back in 2021 - it curbs your appetite pretty strongly. I have zero cravings. Bit of a headache though.

Not good at all, that's why I gave it up back in 2021, I kept bonking on the bike
I was too strict with my carb intake
I now have a better handle on things, I know how to fuel properly and stay in ketosis
