With my vacation ending officially this morning, I crafted a 2014 year long diet.

I weighed myself yesterday and took pictures.

Contrary to what I thought I would be weighing after this relatively non crazy 3 months, I was way off on my guesstimate.

I am actually the HEAVIEST I have ever been.

So today, we start the 2014 Baby Food Diet

I will eat 1500 calories a day with 1 cheat day a week of 2500 calories.

900 of my daily calories will come from baby food. The other 600 comes from solid food.

Exercise will be 5 days a week with 25 minutes if cardio and a basic lifting plan I got off of a phone app.

I will be logging all my food intake into an app as well.

I really think I can do this.

Weight: 265 pounds
Fat % : 31.2%
BMI: 30.2

Matty, I am the first to say I look like shit.

I am still getting laid which is probably why I put these pics up without to much hesitation.

I realized getting into a ride at Disneyworld and the holding bar that goes over your waist was barely pulled down to hold me snug meant it's weight loss time.
 
Casper try to eat baby squid, baby octopus, or baby goats instead of baby food to lose weight. You want to eat lean meat to get protein in your diet and not baby food.

Did you notice that babies who eat baby food typically gain weight? You are trying to lose weight.

First things first ditch those undies and go with boxers WTF it's not 1984. I guess they aren't tighty whites but still.

Is that a hotel or your room? It looks like a hotel.
