well, considering a normal 265lb guy would eat around 3500-4000cals a day just for maintenance, him cutting down to 1500 is entirely too much of a drop and is going to be hard on his body and especially his energy levels... you gotta eat things that are going to speed your metabolism...

Aren't you like 6'5? There's no way you will be able to function on 1500 calories.

Why don't you just eat sensible food, cut down on the booze and buy a gym membership? It's not rocket science.

The 1 cheat day will keep me from going crazy.
The baby food has all my nutrients, is easy to eat when working and is inexpensive.
At 6ft 4 I may be a little low on the caloric intake. If I feel I need to up it during the process I will.
I like this challenge. It certainly beats what I ate all week long.

My last trip to McDonalds was...

Big Mac
Burger with grilled onions
Mc chicken sandwich
Mc Rib
Filet O Fish
Fries
2 large Dr. Peppers

That's what I ate 3 hours after dinner at a restaurant in Orlando.
Maybe that will help explain why I am doing what I am doing.

How many jars do you plan to eat daily?

One jar of baby vegetable food is 2.5 oz and will provide you with 1% of you daily calory needs based on a 2000 calorie/day.

So to get your 600 calories from baby food you have to eat 30 jars of baby food.

Do you know how much that will cost you daily? A lot!!
 
So I've been reading on line and apparentl this is actually a thing....but if you get tired of kiddy food, let me send you my 8 hour diet book. Much easier and more fun. ...essentially intermittent fasting....you can eat whatever you want but only for 8 hours of the day...other than that, just coffee...you can pick whatever 8 hours you want but they have to be consecutive.
This worked very well for me. I had lots of energy. I think I may try this again.
 
some dumb broads thought of eating this shit years ago... lady gaga is a poster child for it i think... you need to stay completely away from sugar too, so get the stuff with the least amount... it will also help curb shit food cravings
