Blitty isn't the owner or even in management of this site. You own the site from which you are posting information from people who have visited your site. That is like...a HUGE no-no, kiddo. Really bad for business. Should other visitors/members know that you handle your website in such a manner, they would more than likely stop visiting.

you must be slow. let me explain

blitty decided to spam my comments with nonsense because he has no life. So it took some time out of my day and i removed them. Then he continued to stir the pot on a thread, so i responded back by doing some home work. Yes the IP came from my site because I have the ability like any website, to track down where the spam comments are coming from this way I can use that IP to block future spam comments.

What I did is in no way shape or form going to hurt anything of my site.

By the way, anyone can get anyone's IP address with a little homework. Does not have to be through my website.
But can anything be done with that IP?
The answer is NO unless you have special tools that only special people get their hands on.

What I did with exposing what computer and what explorer he uses, anyone can do that.

Blitty I told you six months ago where to find me, and I told you two days ago where to find me.

The same answer is going to keep showing up. How many times are you going to keep asking to "meet" me? I am a rink rat I am ALWAYS at that place. And I also find it SO pathetic you want to meet someone from a forum because you can dish it but not take it. Blitty, give it a rest, your from New York, the Rangers and Islanders suck...they will get better in time, trust me.

Ok this was fun. I enjoy going back and forth. But, I have a lot of work to do now. So many websites that need updating. Take care, see you at the rink. Playoffs start in March, team name is Club Risque, our record is 7-7 but that has not been updated in weeks. Look for my team under MENS LEAGUE. Look for Club Risque, find the date and time of my game and I will be there...

I guess you aren't understanding my point here.

It doesn't matter who was visiting/posting/spamming at your site. You should never, ever post the IP address and/or any personal information gathered on a person visiting or posting on your site. I guess it is irrelevant at this point (because the damage has been done) but if you want this type of reputation, keep on truckin'. Keep posting the IP address of spammers and haters. Those who see the bigger picture will also refrain from visiting. This doesn't make any sense to you?

Robyn, traffic from my site is at an all time high, with or without gamelive it will not hurt the traffic. I came here with the sites hoping some intelligent hockey and baseball bloggers were interested in writing. But they are ovibously not mature enough. Which is fine.

As for me posting his IP, I did it cause he was SPAMMING. When spammers do that they get exposed. No sports reader coming to my site is going to care about a SPAMMERS IP address.
