I like fun. My particular brand is actually very mudcat-esque. I like trivia (play Buzztime at a local bar) and enjoy my two cats, Dorthy and Sofia. I guess I don't really love fun, I just kinda like it.

I'm currently gambling very little... waiting on a job to come through then I will post up and prolly bet baseball. I only really bet for entertainment, small timer. Maybe I will hit the track next week.

I broke my radius and ulna in 1992, aged 10. Jumped off a skateboard ramp (running not on a board) to dunk a basketball, held the rim and my legs swung forward, when I let go I was falling backwards and I put my right hand down to break my fall. It was pretty gross, clean break though, no broken skin. The hand-side portions of my bones were sitting on top of elbow side portions so it was all goose-necked and needed to be reset.

I don't watch, play, or really even enjoy basketball... perhaps it's b/c of my wrist accident..

No Arch. Expungement is only for charges that you were found guilty on. Generally, expungement is offered in exchange for guilty pleas, and a rehabilitation program. If they were dismissed they are not on your record.

It should also be noted that expungement is a little bit of a joke. While it erases the specific charges it still leaves a mark that something was expunged. Potentially the open void on your record could be more damning than the actual charges.

The movie based on the SE Hinton book? Did you know SE is a she. Crazy. I don't really recall who was in the film. I guess Emilio Estevez? He was in it right?

I am mostly English/Irish. My last name is from a German line of my heritage but it is very diluted.
