Back on the Noom bandwagon. We're going straight down to 175lbs boys. 20 pounds to go.

1 cup Oatmeal w/2% milk and 1tbsp maple syrup
4 Mini Cucumbers
3 Carrots
2 Apples
3 Bananas
2 Ham sammiches w/whole wheat bread
2 coffees w/stevia and 10% cream
2 Zero Sugar Monsters

That's it. That's my Wednesday. 1500 calories.

I again bought the packaged hard boiled eggs and couldn't get the package open so I threw them out. What a waste, I think I'm done buying those.

I do use Stevia at work. Shit's nasty.
 
I do not find Stevia to be nasty at all. Matty, maybe try a different brand?
