been trying to make it on one meal per day, buy out
Had to lose weight. Was 180-184 for awhile and little physical activity couldn't lose weight by eating less. So ate lunch (a banana) on Wed and other than water no food till Friday dinner. Down to 169 rather quickly. It's weird that by Thur night didn't feel that hungry. Even felt full eating little at dinner. Read that 3 day fasts are okay for the body.
