Offset by about 1300 calories worth of exercise (27km bike ride early this morning and 3km of sweaty paddleboardin' in choppy waters)

So our most recent blood work results came back from the lab. Mostly good news.
One issue my doctor wants me to work on is my cholesterol is 3.5.
She would like to see me get that lowered to 3.0

So today we are going to start eating less meat and more vegetables, in particular BEANS!
I love beans.

Boys we are balls deep into the new lifestyle, close to 11 months in and we are approaching 100lbs of weight loss.
