ABC regrets firing roseanne

good, fuck em. I can't believe the other actors would consent to doing show without her. It's not like they're broke. No loyalty. And I'm sure everyone one of them knows that she's simply a cranky old lady, and not some villainous "racist" the establishment media piled on, for some self serving reason. The work she did in the past would attest to that.

...The show itself, the new Roseanne was at best a fun run down memory lane, not much more than that. The later episodes got pretty stupid imo. So no great loss anyway.

Personally blame the hotpot that is hollyweird. If they even detect a whiff of right leaning consciousness then as an actor or person of any role within the industry you'll be vanished from that town forever...Roseanne was on thin ice from the get go because of her open support for Donald so it didn't take much for her to get the axe

Am most upset at Sarah Gilbert though I get why she did what she did. Give in and adhere to the mob mentality or lose your career. In a town of collectivist cowards only a brave soul would have chosen the former and be prepared to face the reprocussions of such actions.

Never give in to those reactionary type mobs. Once they know they can exercise their psychotic corrupt moral power and weaponize hyperbolic language then more and more spoken and unspoken behaviors become open to attack until nothing is left sacred. Bunch of wannabe stalinists...

Recently finished the book the gulag archipelago. It's incredibly powerful and poignant in today's western societies for so many reasons. If we don't learn from the past wrongs then we certainly are doomed to make the same erroneous judgements, given that we know best, right? This is why as much as I don't like the guy I'm reluctantly for trump because what we're now fighting for is far bigger than just one person.

It all boils down to the level of education.

A few months back the Russian SVR tried to run a hyperbolic campaign in Finland accusing the state of kidnapping children through child protective services and giving them away to gay American couples up for adoption. It was a huge campaign using Doubleclick, the Audience Network and comment spam geotargeting Finland with retargeting pixel and all. It didn't phase the people or the media at all. That's a population that is highly educated, where the type of education goes beyond the follow the curriculum type taught in the Anglo countries. A country where huge emphasis is placed in life education, where an elementary school teacher earn 90.000 Euros.

What's happening in America right now is fascinating. How relatively quickly the current outcome came about, how the propaganda machine played all sides for incendiary purpose, and how technology got used for it. Humans are very susceptible creatures, the mind is weak, and we're just in the infancy of powerful communication and data gathering technologies. Two things are clear though, we are plugged in to the machine for good, so the countries that educate their population better are going to be the ones that have the strongest defenses against reactionary propaganda.

OMG they do? How can ABC feel that way? I mean didn't they do right thing not having this lady on their network ruining the US of A? Just think how many more left protesting "mobs" would be out there if she wasn't fired! :laugh:

Maybe the protesters are pissed off that with the US unemployment numbers being the lowest in forever that they are the only people without a job? Though word on the street has it they are getting paid by Soros under the table! Whatever! :cheers:

Somehow I have a feeling that the Ameritwats and their minions hate Stalin because he defeated their henchmen Nazi Germany, and the USSR became a threat to imperialism around the world. ..Not because they care for the Russian people. amiright? I think so.

Read gulag archipelago. It's about a former captain of the Ussr military who sent his partner a letter jokingly belittling the regime, that was then intercepted after which the author was given a 10er for dissent. The book volumes revolves the personal tales of the people who experienced like in both USSR and the gulags at the times when both Lenin and Stalin were the heads of state...

Just make sure you're not the last person to finish clapping mate 😁

Just read the book bro. It won a novel prize in literature for a reason though be warned, it's not an easy read. Those soviets made the nazis look like amateurs when it came to brutality. At least the Germans were dignified in giving one a quick death (as messed up as I know that sounds)...
