From the videos I’ve seen so far, this ICE shooting in Minnesota doesn’t look like a good shoot. The agent puts himself in a position where he’s standing in front of the vehicle he shoots into. Meaning, it looks like he could easily NOT been standing at the front of the SUV.
That’s a big no no. I mean, obviously no accountability will be placed on the driver for evading a (likely) lawful order by agents to obey their commands but justifying deadly force is gonna be a REAL tough sell.
