So I started doing physio for a suspected tennis elbow about 3 weeks ago. I got an ultrasound last week and turns out I have a partial tear of a tendon. I'm being referred to a sports doc and I gotta do rehab, not mere physio.

Makes me feel like a real, broken athlete 🥳
 
When did the pain start? How long ago you suspect you tore it?
I probably injured myself several years ago, I wanna say 3-4 years. I noticed back then that I couldn't really throw a ball without instantly fucking up that part of my elbow. But it only recently turned into chronic pain - I started feeling it when doing everyday things like holding up a full mug of coffee.

I think it has to do with my tendency to lock my elbows during long bike rides, it's a lazy way to support my upper body. Gotta stop doing it.
