Strawberry Beer For Tacos

This is the strawberry version of their "Beer for Tacos" line and it doesn't disappoint.

Gose style beer, with lime juice, strawberry juice, and salt.

I've had a few of these type of beers and can say I do like the style, but it's probably not for everyone. The salt is key to cut the sweetness. You also need a warm day and sunshine.

These session IPAs tend to treat me better in the hot months, as I don't drink a ton of IPA in the summer. This one is a good balance of flavor profile and drinkability. Citrus in the nose and pine in the finish. Excellent beer here, and a great brewery.

I was drinking a lot the other day. Acting like I was in my twenties and not forties. I don’t fully recall, but I was smart enough to walk home and not drive. But i guessed I drunk dialed my girlfriend on my trek home. I said I got hit by a car, she asked if she needed to call 911. I go no apparently because I got hit by a parked car it came out of no where was my response. I woke up on the girlfriends porch with no shoes a pile of puke next to me an a missing my shirt. I had no keys to her place or my own and dead cell phone. My girlfriend was at a lake house so I couldn’t just bang on her door to let me in. Good news was she lives 3 doors done from my buddies restaurant. I was able to get in there. Realize I had a meeeting in 35. Borrowed a chef coat, rubbed sanitizer on me to wash away the puke smell and took a pair of clogs from the locker room Called a taxi and rented out a Shit ton of table and chairs. Ducking booze man.

Geezus tully.
