Dipped below 150lbs, would like to go 3lbs more. Hitting new 1 rep max across the board. Not sure if they're lifetime or not, probably close. Still haven't bought a squat rack and barbell but need to. Feels good man.
with heavy DB or KB and no bar. a nice hinge movement like stiff leg deadlift, RDL or standing on a 6 inch box like this and deadlifting or reverse lunging are great options similar to gains of squats.

also betting on orioles while doing it will increase gains

No KOMs as of late. There is one segment that my neighbor has challenged me to take, and I will attempt it at one point, but it has to happen as early as possible to avoid traffic since the segment crosses a somewhat busy street. I can totally take the KOM though.

Oh actually. Yesterday, I was at the same park doing mellow laps in jeans and a t-shirt, and this bald guy overtakes me and keeps looking behind him in a semi-panic, clearly indicating that he feels like he's in a race against me. He also doesn't realize that another guy (pink shirt guy) is chasing him. I calmly overtake pink shirt guy and get even with bald guy just before we reach my favorite part of the park loop, which is a slight downhill followed by two short rolling hills. I just put my head down and gave it an 8/10 sort of effort. I have footage:
