More thoughts on jobs and working

Bought a restaurant. Well I a bought a building that had a restaurant in it. My partners and I are still trying to figure out what to do with the space

I rent out my old space as a ghost kitchen/commissary.

I don't park....I hand the keys to the valet drivers m-t and cashier on Fridays. I had to cashier more this week, including opening and closing, because a bunch of people took off this week for a Muslim Holiday.

I just realized it's the first time since meeting wifey that we both make grown-up money at the same time. Kid is able to get himself to school and back using public transit so that frees us up a lot.

I've always put into the joint account whatever I make minus 500 bucks or so, twice a month. We now make way more money than our monthly nut so the account is gonna grow fast. We might not be renters for long anymore. Feelsgoodman.

Probably a condo yeah. I don't think we're the house-maintaining types. I don't really care about the box I live in tbh. Would just be nice to not have a rent/mortgage payment in our old years.
