thread where Dingo, retired, experienced and knowledgeable can give us advice about growing old and life
Dear Dingo, the last maybe two years I have gotten a bad case of food coma, doesn't matter if it's lunch or dinner, after eating I just shut down, it has gotten so bad that if there's something important i got to do I prefer to skip the meal as to not feel drowsy. Is this normal? what can I do to fix this? or should I just roll with it and have a siesta?
