JL's fine. I'm the one who's messed up now. Lost 5lbs in the last 24 hours even while hydrating like crazy. Haven't left bed except to go to the bathroom since Friday night.

I spent two days of profuse sweating - to the point where the sheets and cover and bed was soaked like if a bucket of water was thrown on it

I'm ok-ish but still feel that weird, very specific to COVID kind of fatigue. I wanna go back to my cycling/running/rowing training since I got all the free time in the world, but I can't. Very frustrating. Went for a long park walk this morning, that was fine.

I went to see my dr Antonio Wong at Pembroke Pines and we chatted for an hour in the little room, we talked about the economy, investing, the hard rock, honduras, baleadas, tamales, his grandma, nayib bukele, Wuhan, we were cracking up while patients waited, Antonio Wong loves chatting with me, he's Chinese but grew up in Santa Barbara Honduras so we have lots in common

at the end he just told me to take zinc 50mg, vitamin c 1000mg, next time take the flu shot, and forget the covid shot here on out

I'm okay, just lots of phlegm in the mornings, Matty the most beautiful women in Honduras are from Santa Barbara
 
I love me a good chatty doctor. I don't do well with the general population but I do well with doctors. They don't mind being asked too many questions.
