Steves I'm into the unwrapped burrito bowl. We have a sale 2 for 6 AND 5 of if you spend 15. Amounts to $2/ea for 5.

What other flavors you like?

That's an awesome sale, beats mine.

I hadn't seen the unwrapped burrito flavor, will try it.

The chicken vegetable stir fry is pretty good, along with the Korean inspired beef power bowl and the chicken marinara.

Here's my order, I will advise on how these are:

Egg sandwich (2 fried eggs, 2 pieces italian bread)
A truck
Triscuits
P Jack cheese
Chicken breast (with old bay and cayenne combo - highly recommended)
Box of crayons (not recommended)

Magic Spoon cereal (cocoa) with almond milk

Started my yearly attempt at a diet. Weighed myself at 239.6 this morning boys. I don't wanna be 240.

So far today:

Oatmeal
Two hard-boiled eggs
McIntosh apple
Some cashews

About to eat some butterchicken with rice

Dinner is going to be Pizza Hut leftovers

I've been eating healthy since my 54th birthday in Sept. I've stuck to it 99.9% of the time. The absolute key is that on those days I go overboard (which are very rare) I continue form where I was before and continue eating healthy. Making a mistake is no reason to give up.

I've been logging my calories and everything I put into my piehole. My daily walks are usually 2km every day and I haven't missed a day since Dec31 2020. Cold weather can't stop me but slush/ice will limit me to a shorter session.

I haven't weighed myself in months but definitely notice significant weight loss. Clothes fit much looser etc etc etc.

well done. making it a habit is hard. my dad passed away 2 years ago from type 2 and everything else associated with it. i started eating a lot to grieve. it is so hard to lose the weight and quit the unhealthy habits.

Leg I savagely ripped from a Rotiessere chicken I just bought. Was going to fix something...but it was just too easy.

The bloodcot I experienced in July was a wakeup call. It hobbled me for a few months. Wasn't until Sept that I was able to walk for more than a few feet. So I'm taking advantage of my opportunity. A very awesome thing has happened though, I really enjoy my walks and get anxious around this time of day if I haven't gone out and walked.

Its glorious here right now, crisp cold and sunny so I'll be out shortly walking to my fave tunes.

Once the warm weather arrives I expect to be walking down to the river and along the path for miles. If I get fatigued I'll just take the bus home.
