Recently legal in Colorado. I of course am all for it. But the creeping degradation of society is errie. Ads on Tv constant.
Driving through Denver ghetto yesterday: nothing but garbage and sportsbook billboards.
Piece of shit Jaimie Fox starring in commercial for "king of all books", (the biggest rip off MGM) ....not gonna be helping black lives there.
Everyone wants a piece of the beleaguered public :winna:

Dying to hear why Jamie Foxx is a piece of shit

The last name with a double "XX" has got to be #1 on the list. Especially since there's no way he didn't choose that shit.

Well he DOES know what Katie Holmes' snatch tastes like.

Fuck that piece of shit.

I find it kind of repulsive that you lend your sheek image to assist the corporations in the further robbing of the already fucked up.
Obviously it's effective. There he is, standing all slick in front of the Bellagio fountains. How can you not wanna give these people all your money?
And lets face it, blacks as a group are the worst gamblers. .. I mean they'd give Gamelive best bet bettors a tough race
And MGM, talk about the worst lines. The company that invented the most profit optimizing, public squeezing protocols, from resort fees, parking fees, to over priced everything. ..At least advertising for some place that's offering value or better lines, wouldn't be so bad.

Plus, the guy should be castigated for his roll in that horrible gratuitous violence/ nonsense of a movie Django Unchained.

Because 80% of most desirable US city Denver (like as what I'm gathering is also true of Canadian cities) is ghetto. This is what capitalism and dirtmocracy has brought. Congratulations motherfuckers!

USA is number one when it comes to ghettos pal. Canada can't compete on that front.

What Canadians consider ghetto (in a Canadian city) is much different from America.

For example, Windsor is considered by some to be a ghetto because its mostly working class. We don't have actual "ghettos" like in the USA.

We also don't have a huge number of African Americans and there are no "black" neighborhoods in Canadian cities like in the US.

Windsor is a great example. According to a not too dated census:

In 2016, Windsor's population was 217,188. 10,675 are blacks. ~5%
Across the river in Detroit African Americans make up 82.7% of the total population.

Canadas black population is approx 3.5%. This includes mostly blacks of Jamaican & Haitian heritage.

According to the 2011 Census, 945,665 Black Canadians were counted, making up 2.9% of Canada's population.

In the 2016 Census, the black population totaled 1,198,540, encompassing 3.5% of the country's population.

Fact: Canadian cities have plenty of ghettos. Very similar to US. Many things are very similar between the two countries.

ok

Difference here is that many US cities ARE ghettos. Some Canadian cities *may* have areas that are less desirable - for Canadians.
USA still number one !!

Detroit? Shithole city. Canada has nothing that compares.

We need Marty to take a pic of the ghetto in Owen Sound and post it here.

I watch this truck driver on youtube, Alex Brezhnev. He's kind of a funny character. Originally immigrated to Canada, but shows a lot of places, talks about how people live etc.. Seems like whatever neighborhood all these Russians lived in Toronto, is mostly Philippine now. Alot of the places look pretty depressing AND expensive.. Montreal too, depressing little strip malls, half abandoned. People living in these sad houses.

2 games catching my eye tonight

Saints -3.5 and Celtics -3

I've seen his videos. Watched quite a few actually. I'd have to know what you mean by "sad houses". Strip malls are not ghettos pal.

I think I know why we are having this discussion. Our understanding/definition of ghetto is quite different.

If you could point out via photo or link to something you believe is ghetto in a Canadian city I'd love to see it.
