I think I want Germany. Not sure how or why but my gut has decided I want Germany to win the damn thing.

Lots of misses in the shootout! Buffon seemed to guess right most of the time but a good high shot to a corner can't be stopped! Replay showed he got a piece of the final German shot but not enough to deflect it!

Italia played as well as could be expected but only way to stay in the game was playing a very conservative style of play! Germany had more talent and if not for a silly handball by their defender not much chance the Italians would score!

Disappointed in strikers Zasa and more so Pelle in not even getting their shots on net in the shootout! Darmian had a subpar tourney performance which continued right to that last weak shot attempt!
