Fargo episode 6 --> full plunge into cockamamie.

Bah! We'll do that tonight.

Louie - loved the 1st 2 episodes but now too much of this banter between the fat chick going crazy and now the younger daughter is an annoying focal point, last 4 episodes ho hum. Hungarian (kind of) girlfriend kind of funny but I want her to go away and for Louie to get back with the crazy Californication chick. Those two can provide funny dialogue. Best line between those 2 episodes easily what Louie would do if in a plane crash and everyone had to eat each other.

Louis is probably my favorite current show except maybe a couple shows on hiatus (Boardwalk Empire, South Park).

I love it. I don't think of it as a comedy show; I think of it as a poetry show which pleasantly surprises me with a few laughs now and then.

Muddy tell me that fat girl in episode 3, even though she seemed cool at first, didn't want to make you want to break something 5 minute into her rant. COMMON.

I enjoyed the last Fargo. Might as well go full silly. Was quite juicy as well.

:maniac:

I loved it. Thought it was excellent. I was thinking about it for days. I'm still thinking about it.

Not many shows that I dwell on for that long but I get that with Louie all the time. Big doses of raw truth.

The one that particularly blew me away this week was with the daughter and Amia with the violins.

The last Fargo wasn't very believable but now that I just typed that out I realize the whole series isn't very believable. Maybe that's why I will give it pass. I think this show understands it's audience better than most shows. But honestly how did Lester get back in the hospital room without the guard seeing him? Yes I am going to allow the fish falling from the sky but not Lester slipping past the guard.

Good mindless fun.

Bollocks! That was fat chick overkill!

Agreed on the violins

The fish falling from the sky rated extremely high on the eye roll meter but I'll still anxiously await every new Fargo episode.

So the elderly woman in the Louie episodes......

Hottest woman over 70 ever?

:megarock:

I have always been a big Ellen Burstyn fan. Wasn't thinking of it in terms of hawtness though. I mean she was damn hot in Tropic of Cancer but that must be 45 years ago now.

Damn, she's 81.

Fargo fish scene very reminiscent of the Magnolia frogs.

Ellen IS an attractive 81 year old.

Fish stupid in Magnolia and stupid in this. Flirt with stupid all you want but don't go full stupid.

Glad the female office got shot hope she's gone, she's annoying.

Entertaining shit but fuck those fish.

I doubt Woman Cop is dead. She hasn't had Colin Hanks's babies yet.

Mega hot for her age IMO Wally

I'd watch her have geriatric sex with Muddy.

This group has enough connections.

Let's make this shit happen.

Looks like Helen Mirren has competition for the over 70 "it" girl.

I believe that Fargo will actually explain the fish. I don't think they are just doing a completely random bit of absurdity (art?) like Magnolia.

I am also still expecting an explanation of why Lorne put the deer in the trunk of that car in episode 1.

Could be wrong about either of those but here's what I guarantee: ain't no way Molly is dead.
