Was in bed at @ 1115pm after hommade seared curry scallops and pea puree and watching Flight. Wife and sister in law stayed up til 1205. I'm @ work now for a few hours... happy New Year all and good luck to the baby people!
 
Got up to shovel 8-9 inches of snow, getting 3-5 more today.

My NYE was sure stupid. I think I could press charges on that band for some sort of assault. Probably the least pleasant musical experience of my life. I would have much preferred dubstep, it was that bad.
 
what did they do to you? You mean they just sounded bad?

Painfully bad. Like, Horrible alarm-clock, schreechy, feedbacky, noises and fire alarms and car alarms. They're an electronic marching band, so they're walking all around the venue, and you get whacked by these giant speaker-contraptions that they're wearing on their backs. The noise stuns you into paralysis, then you get run over.
