Ohhhh...that's a hike. Hopefully you'll have fun!

I think Kmart filed banko but reorganization so still operating in places. I just remembered the diner when Matty mentioned it. Never would have thought of that in a million years but I think I ate there some too when I was a kid and mom was shopping.

I pretty much refuse to shop at WalMart. Grosses me out.Don't like what they stand for. I do get Pogo's insulin there though, cuz it's about $60 cheaper than anywhere else in town.

We do a lot of shopping at walmart only because aside from the tiny market and dollargeneral, it's the closest place to us unless we want to drive 20 minutes into town, and I hardly am in the mood for that.

The Walmart very close to us got a facelift that just was completed that is also a supermarket now! I very excited to check the food goodies in the aisles! Simple things make me happy often!
:mrmonkey:

went to walmart then best buy last night

got a new tv

besides what Walmart stands for and does with its employee's, I am all about saving. I can buy the same pair of pants there for 8 bucks less, damn right I am going there. I buy all my personal hygiene stuff there and have purchased some produce with prices that are great and the food is the same product as my other store choices and less. I have done all my Christmas shopping online and only have some custom made shoes for the boys from Nike that they designed with color, style, and names. I have a pair that have my boys names on the back and will only wear them when inside working out. They want the same thing, so, rather than buy something I think they would like, I just let them pick. I still have a set of snorkel gear from 4 Christmas's ago that remain in the package.

Not only save money at Walmart, I also get entertained, but, this is a great area so I do not get as many weirdos as I would at some of the the others in town.

kid44 thank you for sending your money to the Chinese so they can buy more Bitcoin.

Amazon instantly pwns Ebay and Walmart and anyone who doesn't know this is noobsauce.

Amazon instantly pwns Ebay and Walmart.

It probably does for Americans.

I buy from Amazon from time to time, but most of the good stuff would have to go through a reshipper. Shit's expensive.

Ah gotcha. If you're prime for us it's free 2 day and $3.99 next day for prime eligible items.

So the score is:

Canada
Healthcare w/o Obamacara
Internet poker
Can eat/do what you want

Americans
Doorknobs
Amazon perks

Yap we're gettin real close.

bacon you don't have benefits and you're against Obamacare?

If you do the research and don't mind pre-owned stuff- Ebay will always win.

Did you pay $80 for prime or use a fake student .edu address?

Is it less with a .edu address?

This is kind of funny actually - no student address, paid the $80, that lapsed, then the free trial and set it up to expire after 30 days. I found you can use any new email address for another free trial. Rinse, repeat with ANY email address every 30 days. They never catch it. We've been doing it for years. :abc:

I paid. Amazon has been the single most consistently pleasant retail experience I've had.

Company's on the ball.

I fokking love Amazon, it's like buying myself a present!
