For a property over $800 they require 2 co-signers that own property and will put it up as collateral. Ok so I actually I have that.

But now they wont count my income because its not Colombian in origin or some bs. Even though i make deposits here every month so it looks like i make money. So they normally dont care what the renter makes, they want the total of the renter and the co-signers to make 2x the rent. My co-signers are gringos too though.

this is standard procedure here. i dont know how anything ever gets done.
