Why does he have the large spoon on his lap in photo #2? Did it just fall there or is it going to be used for something? This guy does not look like the type to waste tools, so after he is done with that shot and hammer the spoon will be used for something, I just wish I knew what.

Also, I think he was the only person in the bar when photo #1 was taken (probably used a tripod); this guy does not mess around and clearly does not need a crowd to have a good time.

Thats no spoon, its a beer mug attached to a pole so that he doesn't need to ask the bartender for another beer, he can just help himself.
