Depends on the number of 10-team leagues vs 12. Borderline players don't get picked in 10-team leagues, but it certainly doesn't mean that their value is x times lower than the guy who's 99% owned.

Projected points are where it's at. They take into account your league's specific scoring settings.

Valid point. I just said that percentage owned can be used as a factor to a certain degree.
